Venue: The Playing Fields

Fireworks at 18:00. Entry: £4.00 for adults, £2.50 for children or £10.00 for a family of four. Limited parking available at the Playing Fields for those who can’t walk there. WARNING: The King’s Sutton-to-Charlton road will be closed from Upper Astrop Road to the Newbottle turn between 17:00 and 19:00. Proceeds to King’s Sutton Playing Fields Association.

The story of Joan Stanley, who was exposed as the KGB’s longest-serving British spy. Stars Judi Dench, Sophie Cookson and Stephen Campbell Moore. Entrance is £4.00 for members, £6.00 for non-members. An enjoyable afternoon with the ukulele band followed by afternoon tea. In aid of LARK (Linking Arms with Rescued Kids) a rescue centre for street children in Kenya. Tickets £5.00.
