Due to the recent resignation of Cllr Michael Bailey, King’s Sutton Parish Council has a second vacancy. Michael has now moved out of the village and is no longer eligible for a seat on the council. He says: “It has been a pleasure to serve King’s Sutton over the years... I would encourage anyone interested in understanding the past and influencing the future of King’s Sutton to join the Parish Council. The planning commitee gave me a place to voice concerns about developments that would impact our rural community and being on the parish council allowed me to vote and support other coucillors that were pursuing fantastic projects such as the development of the play area.”
