Some two-and-a-half years after South Northants Homes informed Astrop Grange’s tenants that they would have to move out because the building was to be “decommissioned”, the company has put it up for sale. The Grange, which provided sheltered accommodation for the area’s elderly residents for nearly 40 years, has stood empty for the past 15 months.
